Silkscreen printing is the process of transferring ink through a fine mesh screen onto a CD or DVD. Most commonly used for artwork requiring vibrant colors such as animated art. Silkscreen printing utilizes a 100-line screen, which provides excellent quality for PMS colors and reasonable quality for four-color processing. A positive film type is used for this process.
